Writing and producing captures a perspective - one person of the billions on Earth. It adds texture to the conversation we're having, and witnessing, on the human condition. With this material nothing dramatic, definitely more lighthearted. Life is life. Take a break, breathe, disconnect from social media, grab a book and read, or create something beautiful. Art and creativity will hopefully help us keep humanity in our heart.
Jana enjoys and appreciates art in all its forms. She studied Film and Gender Studies at UCLA and SMC, as well as a Shakespearean acting summer course at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art (London). She spends her free time hiking, traveling, (with her fun husband), hanging out at museums, and reading, and is desperately trying to make meditation a bigger part of her life.
